STERIFLOW has just completed the installation of 10 Steriflows with a diameter of 1450 mm and 6 baskets in Algeria for the sterilization of mortadella. With a capacity of 100 tons per day, the facility allows the heat treatment of mortadellas by superheated water cascading retorts, considered more effective by the customers compared to the air / steam retorts.
