A Steriflow device to measure package distortion and find the right pressure program
A device linked to your MPI Expert
Modern packages used in autoclaves are lighter and lighter in order to decrease packaging cost. As a consequence, it becomes more and more crucial to have an accurate control of any potential distortion of a package and to apply the adequate counterpressure.
In order to meet this need, Steriflow developped a mechanical measuring device directly linked to the MPI Expert. As soon as the top of the package inflates due to the increase of internal pressure, the device sends an information to the MPI Expert. The MPI Expert then compensates automatically the counterpressure. With the cycle pressure curve, the customer is then able to adapt the cycle pressure for perfectly following the behaviour of its particular package.
