The FoodBowl Research and Development Center in New Zealand is a facility created to increase the value of the food sector by encouraging companies with significant export potential to develop and market new products.
Our solution:
We delivered a pilot autoclave to test all types of packaging. This pilot has the particularity of having a diameter similar to a production autoclave (a diameter of 1600 mm) but of only one basket. Theobjective is to test small series of new productions before launching them on the market in full. The cascading water process had been selected during the autoclave pre-selection process, as it was giving a better flexibility to carry out tests on all types of packages whatever their composition.
