Laboratory sterilizer for the food and pharmaceutical industries

Pilot machines are optimized in Diameter 900 mm :pilot 1

-          small for a laboratory environment, and

-          large enough to have measurements directly usable in industrial STERIFLOW.

Microflows are all in stainless steel with the same control panel and the same Microprocessor (automatic working) than industrial STERIFLOW.

STATIC MICROFLOW

Simulator of STERIFLOW technology.

It can be equipped at a later date with a rotation kit.

All parameters, accessories and options are similar to STERIFLOW

ROTARY MICROFLOW

Same characteristics as the static MICROFLOW with rotation at variable speed.

MULTIPROCESS MICROFLOW

Simulator of common sterilization processes :

-          Sterilization by STERIFLOW process

-          Sterilization by Full immersion or half immersion

-          Sterilization by Pure steam

-          Sterilization by Steam mixed with air (Monofan)

-          Sterilization in agitating process ( alternated, continuous, pendular)

-          Sterilization in continuous hydrostatic or pneumo hydrostatic process

-          Sterilization in continuous horizontal process

-          Pasteurization

-          Cooking under vacuum or under pressure

-          Thawing of packed products

-          Cooling with cold water / chilled water / CO2 / N2
