STERIFLOW

STERIFLOW has invented the cascading water system, patented in 1974, for sterilization, pasteurization or cooking. A small amount of water is stocked in the bottom of the vessel , then pumped thrugh an heat exchanger, and flow from the top to the bottom through the product kept in baslets. Know more

Static Steriflow

In a STERIFLOW Static, baskets with products stay static during the cycle. The STERIFLOW retort is one of the most famous retort because of its high mechanical reliability and thermal homogeneity. Rotary Steriflow

In a Steriflow Rotary, the baskets are turning under the flow of water. Therefore heat transfert is accelerated inside the packing and treatment time is reduced. There is no overcooking, product treatment is homogeneous and quality of product is better. Know more

Dali Steriflow

In a STERIFLOW Dali, baskets with products are moved horizontally at a low frequency, with the internal dog chain conveyor. Bottles must have a free head space. Know more

Shaka

Pilot

Pilot machines are optimized in Diameter 900 mm :small for a laboratory environment, and large enough to have measurements directly usable in industrial STERIFLOW. Microflows are all in stainless steel with the same control panel and the same Microprocessor (automatic working) than industrial STERIFLOW. Know more

Monofan or Steristeam

The MONOFAN or STERISYEAM is our air/steam process retort.In food industry, this process is less used than cascading water, because of many problems of homogeneity during cooling and poor overall performances with cans or glass jars. It is mainly usedfor somme pouches. Know more
