STERIFLOW

STERIFLOW has invented the autoclave with cascading water system, patented in 1974, for sterilization, pasteurization or cooking of packaged food products. A small amount of water is stocked in the bottom of the autoclave , then pumped through a heat exchanger and flow from the top to the bottom through the product kept in baskets. The autoclave with cascading water is very powerful and capable to achieve short cycles. Know more

Static Steriflow

In a STERIFLOW Static autoclave, baskets with products stay static during the cycle. The STERIFLOW autoclave is one of the most famous retort because of its high mechanical reliability and thermal homogeneity. The STERIFLOW retort is suitable for sterilization, pasteurization and cooking (at low temperature) of almost all types of products in all types of packaging. Know more

Rotary Steriflow

In a Steriflow Rotary autoclave, the baskets are turning under the flow of water. Therefore heat transfer is accelerated inside the package and treatment time is reduced. There is no overcooking, product treatment is homogeneous and quality of product is better. Know more

Dali Steriflow

In a STERIFLOW Dali, baskets with products are moved horizontally at a low frequency, with the internal dog chain conveyor. Bottles must have a free head space. Know more

Shaka

In a SHAKA™ retort, baskets with products are moved horizontally at a high frequency. Know more

Pilot

Pilot machines are optimized in Diameter 900 mm :small for a laboratory environment, and large enough to have measurements directly usable in industrial STERIFLOW. Microflows are all in stainless steel with the same control panel and the same Microprocessor (automatic working) than industrial STERIFLOW. Know more

Monofan or Steristeam

The MONOFAN or STERISYEAM is our air/steam process retort.In food industry, this process is less used than cascading water, because of many problems of homogeneity during cooling and poor overall performances with cans or glass jars. It is mainly usedfor somme pouches. Know more

AIR STEAM

This process is the eldest in sterilization. A mix of steam and air is circulating along in the retort. This process is for sterilization and some application in pharmacy. Not suitable for low temperature treatment as concentration of steam is then too low Know more

Monofan air/steam
