Market

Started in France, Steriflow naturally began first sales in its own country, first three customers being Lustucru, France Champignon, D’Aucy for Food market; Bioluz and Behrens for Pharmaceutical market. But very rapidly in 1976, export sales started with Greece, Sweden, Germany and Holland. Sterilflow is now present in the 5 continents, and 110 countries. Major markets include Australia, Benelux, China, France, Germany, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, UK.

Current network includes 55 agents worldwide in Europe, North and South America, Africa, Middle East, Asia. Service centers are positioned in France, Belgium, Germany, England, South Korea, Australia, Morocco, Lebanon, Jordan, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Russia. And in Roanne, a laboratory is set for process, package, products or equipment tests.

Situation

Based in Paris for commercial offices and Roanne - between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand - for Manufacturing and Head office, the company includes now around 100 people.

People

The current team includes;

• Sales: the multilingual team is available to discuss any customer projects
• Development: 15 engineers for designing and developing, particularly with Solidworks workstations.
• Manufacturing: with plasma welding machine for quality vessel and dust free assembling shop, and qualified welders and experienced hand workers
• Customer service: high-performance and responsive with 2 based at Roanne and 5 travelling technicians
