One autoclave Steriflow 9 baskets delivered in Venezuela

We have just delivered one autoclave Steriflow diameter 1300mm, 9 baskets to our customer Plumrose in Venezuela for the sterilization of meat based products filled in aluminium trays.

By choosing once again our cascading water autoclave Steriflow our customer mentioned two major advantages when comparing to the air/steam potential alternative process:
- excellent heat distribution performances even with such long autoclave
- possibility to pile up aluminium trays one onto another by placing a plastic layerpad in between layers while in air/steam process it is needed to place the packages in stackable perforated trays in order to maintain a free space on top of each layer and allow the air/steam mixture to go through.
