The Steriflow cascading water system is the obvious technical answer to heat process below 100°C. While steam under 100°C has poor thermal characteristics, water ensures the same performance at 100°C or 60°C.

This is why we delivered hundreds of Steriflow to the pasteurization and “sous-vide” cooking customers.

Static Steriflow

In a STERIFLOW Static, baskets with products stay static during the cycle. The STERIFLOW retort is one of the most famous retort because of its high mechanical reliability and thermal homogeneity. The STERIFLOW retort is suitable for sterilization, pasteurization and cooking (at low temperature) of almost all types of products in all types of packaging.

Pilot

Pilot machines are optimized in Diameter 900 mm :small for a laboratory environment, and large enough to have measurements directly usable in industrial STERIFLOW. Microflows are all in stainless steel with the same control panel and the same Microprocessor (automatic working) than industrial STERIFLOW.
