Testing the first industrial Shaka

On 25th June we finished the construction of our first industrial Shaka (diameter 1300mm and with a useful length of 1400mm). We are all extremely proud of this unit which is proving to be very strong and low on vibrations for the very first tests at 150 shakes per minute.

The machine will be tested for two months in our factory Roanne and will then be installed in France for production. All the shaka trials made with our customers these last six months definitely demonstrate a high improvement for soup, sauce, babyfood, ready meals and dairy products. A special presentation on our latest product data regarding shaka process will be presented at the occasion of the Anuga Food Exhibition in October in Koln. We will also show a pilot scale Shaka at PPMA exhibition in Birmingham, UK.
